Children Under 14 half price meals
 
Single occupancy is only available outside bank holidays and high season dates in rooms that occupy 2 or more. It is charged at 70% of the total tariff. Complimentary accomodation for children occupying a cot.

As a Victorian hotel purpose built in 1897 all our rooms are individual in size and style, adding to there charm and character

Standard Rooms
Furnished to three star standard with en-suite facilities. All rooms feature colour satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones with self monitored baby listening facility. Many rooms have inward or town facing views.

Family Rooms
As standard rooms but include an additional bunk bed, one or two single beds. Most of these rooms may also take a cot.

Superior Rooms
Includes all our standard room facilities but are furnished to a higher standard. These rooms are located in prime positions of the hotel commanding sea views. They are larger in size and within the room there is a lounge area in which to relax.

Luxury Suites

Many of our 7 luxury penthouse suites command some of the best views of Newquays spectacular coastline. They are furnished to a high standard with luxury en-suite facilities and separate cosy lounges. For the romantics at heart why not ask for a suite with a four poster bed. Some of our suite also have separate balconies.

Reservations
The offer of any accommodation is subject to the room still being available on receipt of the deposit. No allowance is made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking. On day of arrival rooms may not be ready until 2.30pm, but you are welcome earlier. On day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10.30am.

Cancellation Scheme
In the event of cancellation, if we are unable to re-let the accommodation you will be held legally liable to two thirds of the total cost of the booking. The hotel operates a scheme to cover your liability to the hotel and also secures the return of your deposit for the following reasons: Sickness, Bereavement, Redundancy, Business Commitments. The charge is £5.00 per adult and £2.50 per child and is obligatory to every booking. The fee should be added to you deposit when booking. 

Payment
The balance of your main account is due on arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cash, Credit Cards or Debit Cards are accepted. You will be required to provide an imprint of a credit or debit card on arrival to allow goods or services to be added to your room account, such as telephone calls and drinks. All cheques must be received minimum of 7 days prior to arrival. Any extras charged to your account (drinks, snacks etc) can be settled on the evening prior to departure up to 10.30pm or on the morning of departure from 8.00am

Parking

There is limited parking within the hotel grounds where cars may be left at the owners risk. You will be required to display a parking permit in your car.
