    Reception and Banqueting

    Our wedding reception and banqueting menus are designed to compliment your special occasion. Please select your own menu from the options below. If you would like any particular dishes included, our chef will be delighted to help. We also offer alternatives including BBQ’s, Hog Roast and seated buffets. If any of your guest have any dietary requirements, please inform us as soon as possible so that we may accommodate their needs.

    • Roast Sirloin of West Country beef served with traditional gravy, a crisp Yorkshire pudding & horseradish sauce
    • Roast Norfolk turkey basted with fresh herbs with a chestnut stuffing, bacon and onion filo tart with red wine jus
    • Braised duck breast served with a kirsch and black cherry sauce
    • Roasted loin of pork stuffed with apricots served with sage, onion & bacon stuffing and a port wine jus
    • Braised lamb shank served with chickpeas and a rich tomato & roasted pepper sauce
    • Pan fried supreme of chicken served with ratatouille & pesto
    • Baked supreme of salmon in a sauce vierge and a basil & chilli dressing
